Types with intake questions
A 30-minute consult and a 90-minute session are different products: their own duration, buffer, price and questions. Answers arrive attached to the appointment, so the first minute isn't spent asking what they need.
Define what people can book, publish your real hours, and share one link. Customers pick a time, answer your intake questions, and book — no account, no phone tag. Every appointment respects your availability, your buffers, and what's already on the calendar, and new customers land in CRM automatically.

Sample day
Availability is what you published, minus what's booked, minus your buffers — the page can't overbook you.

Share your page anywhere. Customers pick the service, the person and the time from what's genuinely open, and cancel themselves inside your cutoff — the 11 p.m. rebooking call retires.
Weekly lessons and monthly check-ins book as a series in one step. Reminders go out before each visit once email is connected, and every booked customer is a CRM contact from day one.
Name, duration, buffer, price, and the questions you always ask.
Weekly windows plus exceptions — vacation days off, a one-off Saturday on.
Customers book what's open; you watch it land, in the app or your own calendar via the feed.
A booking stores what the customer typed: name, email, phone, their answers. It becomes a customer record your business controls, visible only to your staff — never to other organizations, never mined by us, never feeding an ad profile. Calendar feed links are private capability URLs you can rotate anytime.

Ask about ScheduleNo. The booking page and the cancel link work with no sign-in at all — an account requirement is how booking pages lose half their bookings.
Each staff member gets a private feed URL to subscribe from any calendar app, and every confirmation carries a calendar file. Two-way sync — reading your other calendars' busy time — is a later step, taken deliberately, with its own privacy section first.
Confirmations and day-before reminders are built and honest: until your organization connects an email provider, the app says so at booking time and the confirmation screen carries the cancel link and calendar file instead of pretending an email went out.
Not at booking time yet — a type can carry a price, which staff see on the appointment, and the Invoice app turns it into a pay link your customer settles by card. Payment inside the booking flow itself is a later, deliberate step.
Only inside your rules: online cancellation closes at your cutoff (24 hours by default). After that the page tells them to contact you.
