Contacts and companies
People and the companies they belong to, with notes typed in thirty seconds while the call is fresh. Custom details, a working search, and archiving instead of deleting — history survives the cleanup.
Contacts and companies with notes, reminders and the whole story in one place. Deals moving through a pipeline you shaped, with won and lost recorded honestly. The customer layer the rest of Priv Life's business apps build on — held by a company with no advertising business.

Notes, deals and reminders hang off the contact — so the next call starts where the last one ended.

Stages are yours to name and reorder; the starter four are one click. Every deal carries its value, its people and its owner, and the board totals each column so the quarter is visible at a glance.
"Call them Tuesday" — attached to the person, due when you said, visible to you alone. The reminders list is the day's short version of the whole CRM.
Add contacts as you meet them, companies as they matter. Other Priv Life business apps will feed this list as they ship.
Open an opportunity when there's real interest, move it as it moves, and record won or lost with the reason.
A note after every conversation, a reminder for every promise. The record does the remembering.
We treat it like one. Customer records are visible only to the people in your business you've given CRM access — never to your whole roster, never to other organizations, and never to us as anything but encrypted rows we host. No ads, no profiling, no data sales; the export takes everything with you whenever you want it.

Ask about CRMA lead is an opportunity in an early stage — one board, not two lists. "Qualifying a lead" is moving its card, and nothing gets retyped when interest turns real.
Only people given CRM access — Manager and above by default. It is never open to your whole membership or staff list, and reminders are personal: nobody browses anyone else's.
Not yet. Reminders live in the app; email nudges arrive when your organization connects an email provider, and the privacy policy says plainly what is connected today.
CSV import is next on CRM's list, with a preview step and update-by-email so nothing duplicates. Until then, adding a contact takes four fields.
Schedule (booking), Projects, Time (timesheets and billable hours), Invoice (estimates, pay links and expenses), and Events — all live on this same customer layer. See Priv Life for business.
