Built around the season

From the signup link
to the final standings.

The league owns the season’s shape; each coach owns their team inside it.

01

Schedule the season in one motion

A round robin over the league’s teams — everyone plays everyone, home and away if you want it, one round per week. Games belong to the league, so a score is entered once and can never disagree with itself.

02

Registration, the pool, the draft

A public signup link takes applications — waiver shown, typed name as the signature, nothing on a roster until you approve. Approvals pool the players; the draft, snake or straight, places them. Every pick makes the roster spot and stays as history.

03

Children protected by design

A child is never an account: no sign-in, no contact details of their own, never in any directory. A guardian consents in writing — kept verbatim — signs waivers, and answers availability for them. Team pages show no names unless the league turns rosters on, and even then a child is at most a first name and last initial.

How it works

A season, start to finish.

  1. Open registration

Share the public link. Parents apply for their kids without making an account; you approve every application before anyone appears anywhere.

  2. Draft the pool

Set the order and pick — the order snakes each round, every pick fills a roster. Or skip the ceremony and assign.

  3. Play it out

Generate the schedule, enter each score once, and let standings and every team’s public page take care of themselves.

Privacy, in practice

A child’s name is not a public asset.

Children exist in Sports only as dependent profiles their guardian manages — the minimum a league needs, with consent recorded word for word. They can never be contacted, never be found in a directory, and public pages default to team facts only: schedule, results, standings. If a league chooses to list rosters, a child appears at most as a first name and a last initial — never contact details.

Ask what is in the paid plan

What is free, exactly?

A hundred players, across as many leagues as you run, with every feature in reach: roster, schedule, draft, availability, standings, public team pages and registration. Not a trial of the product — the product, for a club of that size, with no clock on it and no card to start.

Past a hundred players it is $10 a month, $100 a year, or $250 once and never again. That is the same price everywhere in Priv Life: one figure to remember, whether you are running a league, a fire company or your own accounts.

Do parents need an account to sign a child up?

No. The registration link is public: they fill the form, read the waiver, and sign with their typed name. No account is created, and nothing appears on a roster until the league approves it.

What does a team’s public page show?

By default: the team’s name, its league and division, its schedule, its results, and its standings line — no roster, no names. A league can choose to list rosters, as first name and last initial, full names, or full names with email. Whatever it picks, a child appears at most as a first name and last initial, never with contact details.

Who enters game scores?

The league, once per game. A league game names both teams in one record, so two coaches can never disagree about a score. Coaches run their own rosters, practices and availability.

Do teams work without a league?

Yes. An independent team keeps its own schedule with free-text opponents and its own record. Leagues add the shared schedule, the pool, the draft and standings on top.

Ask your agent

Hand the season
to your agent.

Every league job below is a tool on the Priv Life agent API today. Your agent plans it, you approve the plan in a sentence, and it writes the lot in one transaction.

Set the whole league up

Teams, players, fields and a full home-and-away schedule from one description — “six teams, these sixty girls, both gyms, Saturdays from January”. It comes back as 6 teams, 60 players, 2 fields, 30 games, first game January 9 before anything is written.

Keep it running

Enter Saturday’s scores, move a rained-off game, add a player who signed up late, publish the public page.

Read the season

The schedule, the standings, the roster — as much of the roster as you can see yourself, and no more.

Open next season

Last year’s league, its divisions and its fields, brought forward without retyping any of it.
