100 people
Everybody on the roster, not counting anybody you have erased. One line per organization, whichever apps it runs — Members, Shifts, Sports and the rest share the one roster and the one count.
Every Priv Life app that has people in it is free to a hundred of them — a hundred on a roster, a hundred players in a league, however many leagues or committees or crews you run. Budget is free with one bank connection. Past those lines it is the same figure whichever app you are in.
No card to start. Nothing you have already entered is ever hidden from you, paid or not — and your export never closes.
$100 a year — two months free
$250 once — no renewal, ever
The same price in every app. Card handled by Stripe; we never see the number.
Start freeNot a trial, not a demo, and not a feature-stripped tier: the whole app, for as long as you like, up to the line.
Everybody on the roster, not counting anybody you have erased. One line per organization, whichever apps it runs — Members, Shifts, Sports and the rest share the one roster and the one count.
A connected bank costs us money every month, which is why this is the one place the free line is not about people. Everything else in Budget is unmetered.
Nothing to count and nothing to charge for yet. They come with the account.
Letting an AI agent do the work — set a league up, import a roster — costs nothing extra on any plan, free included. An agent is subject to the same hundred-person line you are. How agents work.
Your records stay readable and exportable whether or not anybody ever pays. A paywall in front of what you already typed is the thing this platform exists not to be.
Not one per app — a fire company running four apps on one roster is one customer, and charging it four times would be absurd.
Per account: Budget, Home, People and the Residency Tracker. The things only you can see, paid for by you.
Per organization: Members, Shifts, Vote, Board, Giving, Rig Check and Sports. One subscription for the whole roster.
Per organization: CRM, Invoice, Projects, Schedule, Employees, Time and Events. The side you run for a living.
An organization that runs both sides subscribes to both — and either one lifts the hundred-person line on its roster, so nobody pays twice for the same list of people.
Add the hundred-and-first person to an unpaid organization and that one write is declined, with a sentence saying so and a link to the plans. Everybody already on the roster stays exactly as they are: readable, editable, exportable, unchanged.
It is the narrowest refusal we could build, and it is deliberate. Software that holds your own records hostage for a bill has stopped being a tool you own.
Read the privacy policyNo. The meter counts people, not leagues, teams, committees, shifts or events. Run as many as you need.
Anybody on your organization's roster, minus anybody you have erased — an erased person is not someone the organization can see any more, so charging for them would be charging for a tombstone.
Once. There is no renewal date on it and no period to lapse, and a price rise later does not reach back to it.
You go back to the free tier: everything you have entered stays readable and exportable, and the only thing you cannot do is add past the line again.
Stripe. Card numbers never reach Priv Life. Canceling is a button on your own plan page, not an email to us — it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you can undo it any time before then.
Nothing. Dues, invoices, registration fees and donations settle in the organization's own Stripe account, and Priv Life takes no cut of any of it. This page is only about what Priv Life charges for Priv Life.
Two places, because they are two different kinds of money.
A hundred people is a real organization, and plenty of them never pay us a cent. That is the design, not an oversight.
