Privacy, in practice
Turnout and choices are different records.
Vote’s documented design stores participation separately from ballot choices, without a user ID or timestamp on the ballot. This is not a cryptographic voting system; very small electorates and a hostile database operator pose limitations described in the privacy policy.

Can we include paper ballots?
Yes. Admins can record returned paper ballots and enter their choices.
Is this for public government elections?
This page describes elections for organizations such as clubs, fire companies and ambulance corps. It does not claim certification for government elections.
Does secrecy eliminate small-group inference?
No. In a very small electorate, a public tally can reveal or narrow down choices. Separate records do not remove that limitation.
