The roll and the quorum line
Mark who is present and the quorum line updates as you go — a majority of the body’s active seats, stated plainly. The chair decides what a missing quorum means; the app just says so.
The agenda, who was in the room, quorum at a glance, motions as they were moved and seconded, votes as they were cast, and minutes that go from draft to approved by a motion. For the board and the business meeting alike.

Sample meeting record
Recorded the way meetings actually run, in the order they run.

Record the motion as finally worded, with its mover and seconder, by voice vote or roll call. Roll calls keep each vote; a tie fails; abstentions never decide anything.
The secretary drafts minutes in the meeting. A motion at a later meeting approves them — and approval locks the text. Passed resolutions get a number the organization can cite years later.
Pick the body — a board or committee from your roster in Members — set the date, and write the agenda.
Call the roll, watch the quorum line, and record motions and votes as the meeting takes them.
Draft the minutes, have the next meeting approve them by motion, and cite numbered resolutions from the register whenever they come up.
Priv Life’s published promise is no advertising, profiling or data sales. Approved minutes and the resolutions register are visible to your organization’s members; draft minutes stay with the people who run meetings. Ask about BoardFrom your organization’s roster in Members. Seats, officer titles and terms are edited there — one roster underneath every app — and Board reads them.
No, and deliberately: contested and secret-ballot elections belong in Priv Life Vote, which separates who voted from how they voted. Board records open motions and roll calls, where who voted how is exactly the point.
No. Approval by motion locks the text, the way an approved paper minute book works. Corrections happen the parliamentary way — by a later motion recorded in a later meeting.
No. It computes and displays quorum — a majority of the body’s active seats present — and leaves the decision about proceeding to the chair, where your bylaws put it.
