Priv Life ProjectsFor any team whose work deserves better than a group text

The work, where
everyone can see it.

Projects with tasks, owners, due dates, checklists, files and the conversation — on a board simple enough that people actually keep it current. Three columns, not nineteen statuses. Client projects link to your CRM; files ride the same private storage as everything else on Priv Life.

The board is member-wide on purpose — a board only managers can touch is a status report.

Built around the task

Everything about the job,
on the card.

Open a task and the whole story is there — nothing to reconstruct from three chat threads.

01

Tasks that carry their weight

An owner, a due date, notes, a checklist for the steps, files attached where the work is, and comments that stay with the task instead of scrolling away in a chat.

02

Projects that know their client

Link a project to a CRM contact or company and the work and the relationship stay connected — the remodel knows it's for the Nguyens, and their record knows about the remodel.

03

Archive, never lose

Finished projects archive with everything intact — the tasks, the files, the decisions. The history is often the most valuable thing a project produces.

How it works

A board the whole team keeps.

  1. Make a project

Name it, link the client if there is one, set a due date if it matters.

  2. Pile in the tasks

One line each. Assign owners and dates as they become real.

  3. Move the work

To do → Doing → Done. Anyone on the team can move a card, attach a file, or leave a comment.

Privacy, in practice

Your work in progress
is yours.

Projects and tasks are your organization's operational records: visible to your members, never to anyone outside it, never mined by us. Files ride Priv Life's private document storage; client links point at your own CRM records. Export takes it all with you; deleting your organization purges it.

Before you start

A few useful answers.

Questions before you start?

Contact Priv Life to confirm current pricing and whether Projects fits what you need.

Ask about Projects
Why only three columns?

Because boards die of configuration. To do, Doing and Done cover the question that matters — where is the work — and a checklist inside the task covers the steps. If your process genuinely needs more, tell us what broke first.

Who can edit the board?

Everyone in your organization can add and move tasks, comment, and attach files — a board a member cannot touch is a status report, not a tool. Creating and archiving projects asks for Manager access.

Can I attach files?

Yes — PDFs, images, spreadsheets and documents up to 25 MB, on the project or the task, stored in Priv Life's private document storage and downloadable by your members only.

Does it do time tracking or invoicing?

Not this app — that’s Time and Invoice, and they land on these same projects rather than making you retype anything.
