Priv Life EventsFor businesses and the organizations they belong to — the workshop, the fundraiser, the open house

One link.
A full room.

Publish an event and share one link. People register with a name and an email — no account, no app to install — you watch the seats fill against your capacity, and at the door the list becomes check-in. Registrants land in your CRM, and reminders go out before the day.

Sign in with your Priv Life account to host. Your guests never need one.

  • No sign-up wall for your guests
  • Capacity honored, party sizes counted
  • Check-in from any phone at the door

Built for the door

From published
to checked in.

Everything between "we should host something" and "everyone's here" — without a ticketing platform's fees or data appetite.

01

A page worth sharing

Title, time, place, description, your intake questions, and a capacity if the room has one. Publish puts it live at one clean link; unpublish kills the link without losing a thing.

02

Registration without friction

Name, email, party size, your questions — done. Guests get a confirmation with a cancel link and a calendar file; cancellations free their seats so the count stays honest.

03

The door list

Check people in with one tap, add walk-ups in five seconds, and watch registered versus arrived in real time. Afterward, the list is attendance history in your CRM.

How it works

Publish, share, check in.

  1. Create the event

What, when, where, capacity, and anything you need to ask.

  2. Share one link

Your site, a text, the newsletter. Guests register in under a minute, no account.

  3. Work the door

The guest list on any phone: check in, add walk-ups, watch the room fill.

Privacy, in practice

Your guest list is
not a mailing list.

A registration stores what your guest typed and becomes a record your organization controls — visible to your organizers, never to other attendees, and never mined by us. There is no public attendee list, ever. Cancel links work like tickets; reminders are about the registration only, with nothing to unsubscribe from because there is nothing else we would ever send.

Before you start

A few useful answers.

Questions before you start?

Contact Priv Life to confirm current pricing and whether Events fits what you need.

Ask about Events
Can I sell tickets?

Not yet — free registration ships first, deliberately. Paid tickets and ticket classes arrive with Stripe, alongside the Invoice app. Until then a "suggested donation at the door" note in your description works the way it always has.

Do guests need an account?

No. The registration page and the cancel link work with no sign-in at all. Accounts are for hosts.

What happens when we're full?

Registration closes and the page says so plainly. Cancellations free their seats automatically, so a spot that opens is bookable immediately.

Can other guests see who's coming?

Never. There is no public attendee list; the guest list is visible only to your organizers.

Does it send reminders?

Yes — a reminder goes to each registration before the event, once your organization has an email provider connected. Until then the app says so honestly and the confirmation screen carries the guest's links instead.
