One roster for membership, certifications, committees and good standing.
Keep membership types, terms and member records together, instead of maintaining a different list for every officer.
Record certifications and their expiry dates. Good standing can depend on hours worked, not just whether someone paid.
Organize committees and officer terms alongside the members they represent. Collect dues if your organization uses them.
Start with a spreadsheet import and invite members at your own pace.
Record membership types, terms, certifications, committees and officers.
Add scheduling or elections as your organization needs them.
Your organization sees the records it holds about you and information you choose to share with it—not your personal Budget data or the other organizations you belong to.

No. Import your roster first and invite people at your own pace.
A hundred members, free, with every feature in reach — the free tier, not a trial of one. Past a hundred it is $10 a month, $100 a year, or $250 once and never again, and that is the same price in every Priv Life app: Sports counts players the same way, Budget counts bank connections. Priv Life never takes a cut of your dues.
No. Start with Members and add other apps when they are useful to your organization.
Setting an organization up and importing a roster are both tools on the Priv Life agent API today — and both answer with a plan before they write a row.
Membership types, the certifications you track, your committees, whether you collect dues and how late is late. Described once and done; run it twice and it reports what was already there rather than doubling it.
Hand it the file. A row whose email is already here updates that person instead of adding a second one, and anybody it cannot be sure about it brings back to you by name rather than guessing — because two people of one name is ordinary, and so is one person typed twice.
Groups, people and a person’s record, through exactly the field visibility you have yourself. Sensitive fields it reads are logged as reads, the same as if you had opened the screen.
Mass email stops and asks you to approve that exact send, and so does removing a person. An agent may add and amend; it may never delete a member quietly.
