# Priv Life > One private account for the three parts of your life: personal apps for your money, home and days; a business suite with CRM, booking, projects and time; community apps for the organizations you belong to. No advertising business. Priv Life (https://priv-life.com) is a suite of private web apps for individuals, businesses and membership organizations, under one account, with no advertising business and no tracking. The apps themselves are sign-in web applications; the pages below describe what each one does. Every page listed here is also served as Markdown at the same path with ".md" appended. ## Start here - [Priv Life](https://priv-life.com/index.md): One private account for the three parts of your life: personal apps for your money, home and days; a business suite with CRM, booking, projects and time; community apps for the organizations you belong to. No advertising business. - [Personal apps](https://priv-life.com/personal.md): Budget, Home and Residency Tracker: personal records with exactly one reader — you. No sharing, no profiling, no advertising business. Free with your Priv Life account. - [Business suite](https://priv-life.com/business.md): A business suite for consultants, contractors, tutors, salons and trainers: CRM, Schedule, Projects, Time, Invoice and Events, all live on one shared customer layer. No advertising business behind it. - [Community apps](https://priv-life.com/community.md): Members, Shifts, Vote, Rig Check, Board, Giving and Sports: one roster underneath the whole week of a club, league, congregation, nonprofit or volunteer squad. Free to a hundred members, in every one of the seven. - [Volunteer organizations](https://priv-life.com/volunteer.md): Fire companies, EMS squads, marine units, CERT teams: the roster, the shifts, the elections and the rig checks — one Priv Life account for every member. - [For AI agents](https://priv-life.com/ai-agents.md): Priv Life has an API built for AI agents: a whole league, its teams, players and schedule set up from one sentence. An agent key acts as you, can never hold more than you hold, plans before it writes, expires, and can be revoked. Over MCP or plain HTTP, included at every price. - [Create an account](https://priv-life.com/sign-up.md): One Priv Life account works across every app. Pick where to start. ## Apps - [Board](https://priv-life.com/apps/board.md): Run meetings properly: the agenda, quorum at a glance, motions with roll-call votes, minutes approved by motion, and a resolutions register your organization can cite years later. - [Budget](https://priv-life.com/apps/budget.md): Bring transactions, spending and net worth into one place. Organize the details around your life, without turning your financial activity into an advertising profile. - [CRM](https://priv-life.com/apps/crm.md): Contacts, companies, notes, reminders and opportunities moving through a pipeline you shaped. The customer layer under Priv Life for business — with no advertising business behind it. - [Employees](https://priv-life.com/apps/employees.md): One true employee record: roster, roles, compensation history, onboarding checklists and the legal retention clocks. W-2 and 1099 side by side. No surveillance, no advertising business. - [Events](https://priv-life.com/apps/events.md): Publish an event, share one link. Guests register with no account; you get capacity, party sizes, reminders and one-tap check-in at the door. No ticketing fees, no advertising business. - [Giving](https://priv-life.com/apps/giving.md): Take donations on a public page that pays straight into your own PayPal account, let donors cover the processing fee, record gifts the day they arrive, run campaigns with honest progress, and keep donor histories private to the people your organization trusts. - [Home](https://priv-life.com/apps/home.md): The house's memory: maintenance schedules with reminders when work comes due, service histories with who did the work and what it cost, and warranties before they lapse. Private to you. - [Invoice](https://priv-life.com/apps/invoice.md): Estimates that become invoices, a pay link customers open with no account, and billable hours pulled straight from Time. Card payments and automatic overdue reminders arrive with our payments launch. - [Members](https://priv-life.com/apps/members.md): Keep your roster, certifications, committees and membership requirements in one place. Spend less time reconciling spreadsheets and more time supporting your members. - [People](https://priv-life.com/apps/people.md): A private place for the people in your life: searchable notes, birthdays without a social network, and keep-in-touch reminders that count from the day you actually called. No feed, no ads, nothing shared. - [Projects](https://priv-life.com/apps/projects.md): Projects with tasks, owners, due dates, checklists, files and comments — on a three-column board the whole team shares. Client projects link to CRM. No workflow builders, no advertising business. - [Residency Tracker](https://priv-life.com/apps/resident-tracker.md): Record the state you were in each day, review the year by state, and export your records. Check in when you choose—never through background location tracking. - [Rig Check](https://priv-life.com/apps/rig-check.md): Keep vehicle and equipment checklists together, record what needs attention, and carry unresolved issues forward to the next crew. For rigs, engines, boats, trailers and other fleets. - [Schedule](https://priv-life.com/apps/schedule.md): Appointment types with intake questions, real staff availability, buffers and cancel windows, calendar feeds — and one booking link your customers use with no account. No advertising business behind it. - [Shifts](https://priv-life.com/apps/shifts.md): Plan the roles a shift needs, see who has signed up, and record who actually worked. Bring scheduling and hours together, from the crew’s phone to the station screen. - [Sports](https://priv-life.com/apps/sports.md): The league runs the season — a schedule generated in one motion, scores entered once, standings that follow, registration and the draft. Coaches run their teams. Children are guardian-managed profiles, never accounts. - [Time](https://priv-life.com/apps/time.md): Log hours against projects and clients, submit weekly timesheets for approval, and roll billable hours up at the rates that were true when the work happened. No surveillance, no advertising business. - [Vote](https://priv-life.com/apps/vote.md): Run organization elections and ballot questions with a clear view of turnout. Know who has participated while keeping ballot choices separate from voter identity. ## Blog - [All articles](https://priv-life.com/blog/): evergreen writing on running organizations and keeping your own records. - [Collecting dues without becoming the person who chases people](https://priv-life.com/blog/collecting-dues.md): Dues collection fails socially long before it fails financially. The fix is to move the awkward part from a person to a published rule. - [The certification nobody noticed expired](https://priv-life.com/blog/expiring-certifications.md): Expiring credentials are the quietest compliance risk a volunteer organization carries, because nothing happens on the day they lapse — until the one day it matters. - [Minutes that survive being questioned](https://priv-life.com/blog/meeting-minutes.md): Minutes are not a record of what was said. They are the evidence that a decision was properly made — which means motions, seconds, counts and quorum, written while the meeting is happening. - [The subscription that quietly went up](https://priv-life.com/blog/subscription-price-increases.md): Recurring charges are designed to stop being decisions. Price increases exploit that — not by hiding, but by arriving somewhere you have already stopped looking. - [Where a job loses money between the estimate and the invoice](https://priv-life.com/blog/where-jobs-lose-money.md): Most unprofitable jobs were priced correctly. They lost money in the undocumented changes, the hours nobody attributed, and the estimate that was never compared to what actually happened. - [The 183-day rule, and why your day count is the whole case](https://priv-life.com/blog/183-day-rule.md): How state statutory-residency day counting works, which days count against you, and why the burden of proving where you were falls on you — with records. - [How to run a fair election in a membership organization](https://priv-life.com/blog/fair-elections.md): Eligibility, notice, secret ballots, and counting — the four places club and volunteer-organization elections go wrong, and how to get each one right. - [The paper trail your house is missing](https://priv-life.com/blog/home-maintenance-records.md): Why maintenance schedules, service histories, and warranty records pay for themselves — and the simple structure that keeps all three current. - [The membership roster is the record to get right first](https://priv-life.com/blog/membership-roster.md): Why one accurate roster beats a dozen spreadsheets, what a roster actually needs to track, and how to clean yours up without a big migration project. - [What "no advertising business" actually means](https://priv-life.com/blog/no-advertising-business.md): A plain explanation of how ad-funded software pays for itself with your data, and what changes — concretely — when the business model is simply selling software. - [Volunteer hours: why tracking them changes how an organization runs](https://priv-life.com/blog/tracking-volunteer-hours.md): Hours records settle standing questions, back up grant applications, and catch burnout early — if the recording is easy enough that it actually happens. ## If you are acting for someone Priv Life has an API meant for agents: an organization can be set up, a roster imported, a league created with its teams, players and schedule, a duty schedule built and its open shifts found, a year of board meetings scheduled with their agendas, minutes drafted from the record of what was decided, a fundraising campaign prepared, a rig-check programme configured and the fleet’s open defects read back, and results recorded, without anyone opening a screen. - [Agent manifest](https://priv-life.com/org-api/agent/manifest): every tool, the capability each one needs, and how keys work. Public, no key required — read this first. - [MCP endpoint](https://priv-life.com/org-api/mcp): the same API over MCP (streamable HTTP, stateless), if that is how you connect. Send the same key as a bearer token. - [Agent keys](https://priv-life.com/agents/): the person you act for mints one in the Agents app. A key acts as that person and can never do more than they can; it is revocable and it expires. - [How it works, for a person](https://priv-life.com/ai-agents.md): the page we show the human who is deciding whether to let you do this. Worth reading before you ask them to mint a key — it tells them what you can and cannot do. Send it as `Authorization: Bearer pl_live_...`. Every write takes an `Idempotency-Key`, every error carries a machine `code`, and setting a league up is one document whose `dryRun` defaults to true — run that, show the person the plan, then apply it. An agent sets things up and reads them; a human operates them. Mass email, money and deletions need a person to approve the specific act, and the attestations — walking a rig check, clocking in, approving minutes, recording how a motion went, anything to do with a ballot — are on no key at all. The manifest lists them under `humanOnly` with the reason for each. ## Legal - [Privacy Policy](https://priv-life.com/privacy.md): Priv Life Privacy Policy. - [Terms of Use](https://priv-life.com/terms.md): Priv Life Terms of Use.
