- Election & ballot questions
- Turnout visibility
- Separate ballot records

## Clear participation. Separate choices.

Organization elections with turnout tracking and separate ballot records.

### Set up the decision

Create elections, questions and options for your organization’s members.

### Follow participation

See who has voted and who hasn’t without revealing their choices. Record returned paper ballots when needed.

### Count after the election closes

Results are counted after closing. Eligibility can follow good standing in Members.

## A straightforward way to get started.

- Prepare the election Set up your organization’s roster, questions and choices.
- Give members their say Members cast a ballot. Participation and ballot choices are stored separately.
- Close and count Review the results after the election closes.

## Turnout and choices are different records.

Vote’s documented design stores participation separately from ballot choices, without a user ID or timestamp on the ballot. This is not a cryptographic voting system; very small electorates and a hostile database operator pose limitations described in the privacy policy.

[Ask about Vote](mailto:support@priv-life.com?subject=Priv%20Life%20Vote%20inquiry)

**Can an organization admin see how I voted?**

The app lets admins see participation, not individual ballot choices. Read the privacy policy for the design and its limitations.

**Can we include paper ballots?**

Yes. Admins can record returned paper ballots and enter their choices.

**Is this for public government elections?**

This page describes elections for organizations such as clubs, fire companies and ambulance corps. It does not claim certification for government elections.

**Does secrecy eliminate small-group inference?**

No. In a very small electorate, a public tally can reveal or narrow down choices. Separate records do not remove that limitation.
