**Is it only for ambulances?**

No. Rig Check is described for rigs, engines, boats, trailers and other vehicles or equipment.

**What happens to an unresolved issue?**

It stays visible until someone marks it fixed, including when the next crew starts a check.

**Does leaving an item untouched prove it was inspected?**

No. The published workflow treats untouched items as OK. Crews still need to perform the actual inspection and follow their organization’s procedures.
