**Does it automatically follow me?**

No. It does not track location or check in in the background.

**Do I have to save coordinates?**

No. Coordinate retention is optional. You can remove stored coordinates and turn the setting off.

**Does reaching 183 days establish residency?**

No. Day counts alone do not determine tax residency. Rules differ by state and situation; confirm yours with a tax professional.

**Can my organization see my location records?**

No. Residency Tracker is a personal app; the organizations you belong to cannot see those records.
