For anyone who owns things that need looking after

# The house remembers nothing. Now it can.

When was the furnace filter changed? Who rebuilt the generator carburetor, and what did it cost? Is the roof still under warranty? Home keeps maintenance schedules that remind you, service histories that remember, and warranties before they lapse — for the house, the cars, the equipment.

- Reminders computed, never nagging
- Who, when, what it cost
- Yours alone — no sharing, ever

## From the day you buy it to the day you sell it.

Every record is computed from what you actually did — nothing to keep in your head.

### Schedules that keep themselves

Give a task a cadence — filter every 3 months, oil every 6 — and record the work when it happens: who did it, what it cost, a note. The due date is computed from the last real entry, so the schedule can never drift from the truth.

### The paper trail

Every repair and every service lands in one timeline per thing. When the truck sells, retire it — reminders go quiet, and the whole history stays for the buyer’s question, the tax record, or your own memory. One CSV export takes it all with you.

### Warranties before they lapse

What’s covered, by whom, until when. Expiring coverage surfaces on the Due page next to the maintenance — because the week a warranty runs out is the week to make that claim you were putting off.

## Three habits, one memory.

- Add your things The house, each car, the generator — anything you maintain, service, or hold a warranty on.
- Record work as it happens Date, who, cost, note. Thirty seconds while the receipt is still in your hand.
- Open Due when you wonder Overdue first, then what’s coming, then warranties running out. The page is the reminder.

## Your house is nobody’s business.

Home is a personal app: no organizations, no sharing, no directory. What you own, what breaks, and what you spend fixing it is visible to exactly one person — you. No email, no notifications, no tracking; the reminder list is computed from your own records each time you open it.

[Ask about Home](mailto:support@priv-life.com?subject=Priv%20Life%20Home%20inquiry)

**Does it send reminder emails?**

Not yet, and the privacy policy says so plainly. The Due page is the reminder: computed from your schedule every time you open it. If email reminders are added they will be opt-in, and the policy changes first.

**Can I attach receipts and manuals?**

Not yet — document storage is on the roadmap, and warranties and service entries will take attachments when it lands. Until then the note fields carry what a record needs, including where the paper lives.

**What happens when I sell something?**

Retire it. Reminders go quiet, and the whole service history stays — that paper trail is often worth real money at sale time. Export gives you the history as a CSV whenever you want it.

**Does it track mileage?**

No. Cadences are time-based; "or every 5,000 miles" lives in the task’s note. Keeping an odometer current is a chore this app refuses to give you.
